Intuition Through Music
I have "The F-Word" by Cannibal Ox placed on this page for the reason of I would hear it months ago and get the feeling that something was totally wrong with the situation while I was dating this girl. The lyrics convey how at first they were friends and how they both liked each other, but she was in a love triangle and eventually cut the protagonist of the song out of the picture by just wanting to be friends again. Months before even when I thought that things were going "well" with this girl, I would hear "The F-Word" and get this feeling that the guy in the song was me.
I never have had a song that embodied the exact and complete way I felt about a situation in my life like "The F-Word" by Cannibal Ox did at the present time. Imagine listening to the lyrics "This is more than just a song/So when he's treatin' you wrong/I'm more than just a shoulder to cry on" months before things go sour.
This song definitely should have been my warning sign months ago to realize that I was the dude in the song getting fucked over in the end.
Hit the "Play" button on the player to "The F-Word" by Cannibal Ox to see what prophetic feelings I felt months before even things had gotten wrongly out of hand with my "friend."

The Daddy Complex
Believing that the world revolves around their feelings and their self is what causes them to be so easily selfish when they are dealing with one (like myself) of an old soul and eclectic nature. I have learned in the past relationship with a feeble mind that I have been kidding myself all along that I can talk to a "princess." You know...the "princess" is the woman (well, better yet girl) who lives in her mid-twenties with the mental capacity of a adolescent pre-teen. The "princess" would be the female that never truly grew up because Mommy always paid for her living expenses. Basically, the "princess" would fuck things up in her own personal and financial life and the first person she would call to clean up her shit would be Mommy. In a lot of ways, the "princess" would be not even good enough to be called child-like, but have the same parallels of an infant. This "princess" would take a shit on their self and expect Mommy to come clean up their mess.
When dealing with the feeble mind that only have Mommy around and no Daddy, you must realize that if their family babied them their whole life (even through their mid-20s) that the "princess" would expect you to spoil her as well. "The Daddy Complex" is what I like to call it when the "princess" has something extremely dramatic happen to them at an early age where they have a mental block of this account even eleven years after it occurred. They start to date older man that are submissive and "Daddy-like," and the "princess" whines just like a 14 year old girl to get her way with them. Now, if you are of sound mind and consciousness, you will not tolerate a female that is even older than you that bitches and whines like a kid. The "princess" is enthralled by your presence of being something that most people cannot be--blunt.
When the feeble minded "princess" finds someone anew, do not be mad. You must know that a conscious mind cannot communicate with a feeble mind because feeble minds are meant to be subordinate. The "princess" is meant to be insecure within herself enough to not realize what damage she does to the one she dates "seriously," and begins another venture with another fellow. You must know that if a "princess" is feeble-minded and already has an extremely huge block from their 14 year old years that completes her "Daddy Complex," she will eventually find someone that is just as feeble minded and subordinate as her to kiss her ass and tell her she's far greater than what she really is and ever will be.

A Thousand Dollars A Gallon & No Ketchup...
| Provided by GasBuddy.com |
Why must they rape my state of California more than any other state? The average gas price in my county is $4.55 right now while I look at the average gas cost in Houston, Texas is only $3.88. I know, I know...the cost of living here in California is higher than every other place in the U.S., but even still man, this is complete bullshit! I cannot see myself paying over $100 to full up my car every 6 days. It's crazy how out of hand shit is getting; I cannot believe that companies such as Exxon are guaging all of us at the gas pump. Making record capital the first quarter of this year of nearly $10 billion dollars a year is ridiculous. Pretty soon when the riots begin because the cost of living has gotten utterly ridiculous, the government cannot complain why. People are losing their jobs at an alarming rate; gas and grocery prices are both at a record-high rate. A salmonella outbreak in the tomatoes; damn! Just when you wanted to make a salad at the end of your long day from paying a 200 dollars to drive to and fro work, you have to worry about being poisoned from your favorite vegetable. We cannot win either way huh?

Scanz
This is one of the latest artists to get signed to Rawkus 50, and I was actually sent this video from a friend of mine. I was truly impressed with what I heard in this video and will definitely be getting his album as soon as possible.

N*E*R*D* "Seeing Sounds"
I had no idea that N.E.R.D. was dropping an album today until a friend of mine had told me about it yesterday. I woke this morning and placed “Seeing Sounds” on; I was completely blown away by the beautiful blending of vocals of Pharrell Williams and Shay Haley and Chad Hugo’s production. There’s no other group out that is hardly as eclectic as these two
“Seeing Sounds” is only 12 songs, and will have you wishing that it was 24 tracks longer by how complete and great it is. This album has something for everyone’s musical pallet; “Anti-Matter” and “Everybody Nose” for the hardcore hip-hop heads, “Yeah You” and “You Know What” for the soulful cats, and “Spaz” for the rock fans. The eclectic level of “Seeing Sounds” is damn strong enough to have music fans of all different genres to be able to find songs that will fit their personal preference. “You Know What” being one of those truly feel-good songs has the power to have to nodding your head for the 4 and a half minute vacation to a musical utopia of peace that it takes you to. With the smooth guitar and synth production and dramatic bass line in complete unison placed together with Pharrell’s contagious vocals and lyrical content, “You Know What” compliments “Seeing Sounds” completely. Another song that you can add to that “Get the Party Started” play list for your “getting ready for the club” mood is “Laugh About It.” Pharrell’s vocals over the party-driven beats of Chad Hugo on this song makes you feel at ease with whatever is stressing you in your life; it has that element to bring the most stressed day into an ideal one. By far every song on “Seeing Sounds” is great, but there’s something so incredible about “Sooner or Later.” The breakdown at the end of “Sooner or Later” is so dynamic that you feel invigorated by how talented all three of N.E.R.D.’s members are; a near seven-minute musical wonder it is for sure! Who would have thought a song about an annoying person sending you text messages and calling you all day could sound so smooth? Only N.E.R.D. on the song “Yeah You!”
Unlike most albums nowadays where you’ll buy an album with 15 songs and only 3 will be good, “Seeing Sounds” by N.E.R.D. will not be disappointing at all! Go cop that! NOW! “Seeing Sounds” blows most currently-released albums out of the water with its complete and utter sheer explosiveness of talent. This damn album will be in heavy rotation for a long time.
Nas "Be A Nigger Too"
"Be A Nigger Too" was the first single dropped on Nas's hella controversial album that previously was entitled "Nigger" but now is titled "The N Word" over problems with using the original title with distribution. I would like to know what all of you think about this album. Offended? Like it? Comments would be gratefully appreciated.

A Boulder Amongst Pebbles
feeble minds is pointless.
Maturity cannot speak
Reason with immaturity.
Older chronologically
Has nothing to do with
Having a mature mind.
Maturity comes with
Knowing that the world
Houses billions;
Not just you.
I'm 23 physically
Mental much older
30 something in the mind
Why dwell amongst pestilence
When I can have older eloquence?

Fallin' Down
I have come of age in the past few years; I have realized that I am a selfish person, but when it comes to the one I am dating seriously, I give a lot more than I receive. In one instance, this is not true, but I can say that for the majority of the serious interactions with women that I have had I felt like I was not receiving the same attempts in communication like I gave them.
I think that my mother was right months ago when she said that I had an old soul and that talking to these girls my age would be a challenge for me because they were not of the same mind frame or mental plateau whatsoever. She concluded her viable advice by stating that an older woman would be the best way for me to go; I'm starting to think that Mom was right.

Clock's Strikes; Stress Looms
Have you ever owed a ridiculous amount of money to so many different entities in such a ridiculously short amount of time that you had no idea how you would recover from it? Well, it's the 11th hour of me owing my entities (debt collectors and a friend), I have asked the one person that I know that could financially help me cover all of my expenses to help. It has been nothing but a time-consuming overhaul of stress to me. I literally owe these entities their money no later than tomorrow; if the person I asked cannot help me out, then I am literally up shit creek. There's pretty much nothing I can do at this point, but hope and pray that this person can cut me the check today or early tomorrow so that I can pay the funds to these entities. This person has helped me with college expenses before, and they have all been paid completely. It's just a matter of getting a hold of this man and expressing the 11th hour stress and sovereignty of this situation.
I hate the fact that I got myself into this huge pickle in the first place; for most of you reading this now, you will never understand how easy it is to get yourself in debt. My debt is a much smaller amount than most people I know that are around my age, but then again, my debt is still much higher of an amount than it should be. I have friends that are older than me (23 years old) that do not even have a credit card or barely use them. I wish that this was something that I would have been taught. It would be a cool thing to graduate from college loan-free; it's kind of impossible these days unless you're extremely rich or have a huge scholarship.
Trust me, I know your pain.
